DroidBake can create, modify, build, repair, sign, install and export software. You remain responsible for the projects, content and applications you choose to create, import or distribute, and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use them.
1. Acceptance
By using DroidBake, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use DroidBake. Mandatory consumer rights that apply to you are not excluded by these terms.
2. What DroidBake provides
DroidBake provides tools that may allow users to import, create, modify, build, repair, sign, install and export Android applications. Available features may depend on your plan, device capabilities, installed build tools, external dependencies and current DroidBake version.
3. Your projects and applications
As between you and Nyfir Studios, Nyfir Studios does not claim ownership of applications or source code you create or import using DroidBake. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights to source code, assets, trademarks, libraries, media and other material you import, modify or distribute. Third-party components remain subject to their own licenses and terms.
4. Generated content and AI
AI-generated code and suggestions can contain mistakes. DroidBake may validate, build or repair generated code, but successful generation, build or repair does not guarantee that an application is free of defects, vulnerabilities or legal issues. Review important applications appropriately before distribution or reliance.
5. Application distribution
If you distribute an application created or built using DroidBake, you act as its publisher/developer unless another arrangement expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for applicable app-store policies, privacy disclosures, licenses, permissions, content ratings, taxes and laws relating to that application.
6. Plans
DroidBake may offer Free, Pro, Lifetime and internal Owner entitlements. Exact benefits are displayed in DroidBake or its official purchase flow before purchase. Features and availability may change as the product develops, subject to applicable consumer law and purchase commitments.
Pro
Where offered, Pro is a recurring subscription. Price, billing period, renewal terms and included benefits will be shown before purchase. Store-billed subscriptions are also subject to the applicable store's billing and cancellation terms.
Lifetime
Where offered, Lifetime is a one-time entitlement to the DroidBake premium features designated as included with that purchase. āLifetimeā refers to the supported lifetime of the DroidBake product/service and does not guarantee permanent availability of every external service, API, operating system, repository or platform.
Owner
Owner is an internal Nyfir Studios entitlement and is not a publicly purchasable consumer plan unless Nyfir Studios expressly states otherwise.
7. Third-party services and components
DroidBake may integrate with or download components from third parties. Their licenses, terms, privacy policies, availability and charges may apply. If you use a BYOK service, charges from that provider are your responsibility. Future game engines and external build components remain subject to their respective licenses.
8. Acceptable use
You may not use DroidBake to intentionally create, distribute or facilitate unlawful activity, malicious software, unauthorized access, infringement of third-party rights, or conduct prohibited by applicable law or platform policy. Nyfir Studios may restrict online services/accounts where reasonably necessary to protect users or infrastructure, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
9. Local data, backups and signing
DroidBake is designed to preserve project states and versions where possible, but you are responsible for maintaining suitable backups of important source code, signing identities and exported applications. Loss of an Android signing identity can prevent future versions of an application from updating an existing installation.
10. Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for DroidBake authentication and for protecting your devices. Do not share verification codes or authenticated sessions with unauthorized persons. Nyfir Studios may revoke sessions or restrict online access when reasonably necessary for security.
11. Availability
DroidBake may depend on Android, Google Play, repositories, hosting providers, third-party libraries, AI providers and other technologies. Nyfir Studios cannot guarantee that every project will build successfully or that every external dependency will remain available.
12. Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DroidBake is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nyfir Studios is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of DroidBake, including losses caused by user-created applications, third-party dependencies or external services. This does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
14. Privacy and account deletion
Use of DroidBake is also subject to the DroidBake Privacy Policy. Account deletion information and the external request pathway are available at Delete DroidBake Account.
15. Changes
Nyfir Studios may update these terms as DroidBake evolves. Material changes will be communicated where required and reflected by an updated version/effective date.
