Why the Hub exists
Longer AI-assisted development tasks become fragile when progress only exists inside one chat or process. Nyfir Studios Hub is being built to preserve the state of a project, run controlled commands, resume work and make test results visible before changes are treated as complete.
Persistent project state
Keep checkpoints, completed steps and the current task recoverable between sessions.
Controlled execution
Connect local AI assistance to explicit command and build workflows rather than opaque background action.
Regression checks
Use repeatable checks to detect whether a change broke behavior that had already been verified.
Current development path
The Hub is active engineering work, not a finished public service. Core pieces are being certified independently before the workflow is trusted on external projects.
What it is not
The Hub is not presented as autonomous software that can safely make unlimited changes without review. Its direction is controlled automation: preserve context, expose failures, keep recovery possible and let tests determine whether a step is actually complete.
Capabilities and packaging may change as the local workflow is tested. Development notes describe current engineering work rather than a release promise.
