Nyfir Studios is a personal project founded and run by Mattias Holmberg. It exists because building, experimenting, learning and turning ideas into working products is something its founder genuinely enjoys doing.

The studio is intentionally independent. The goal is not to become complicated for the sake of appearing larger. It is to make useful, polished products, learn from the process and keep working on ideas that are genuinely interesting to create.

Practical tools that can become real workflows.

Nyfir Business Toolkit brings together browser-based calculators, document generators and practical business utilities. The direction goes beyond basic calculators: where appropriate, a business should be able to enter its information, have Nyfir calculate and validate it, generate a professional document, save or print the PDF and send it directly to the recipient it chooses.

Privacy, simplicity and low overhead are part of the same philosophy. Nyfir Studios is also home to published fiction, including The Raven’s Legacy and Fimbulwinter.

Some ideas are worth exploring because the problem is interesting.

These projects may progress at different rates as they depend on experimentation, technology and hardware. That process is part of what Nyfir Studios is about.
